You are allowed to use any of these tracks or beats (Instrumentals) exclusively in your own recordings. You are not allowed to resale any of these tracks or give away the rights of the music to another party without consent of ILLYNOISE Music Publishing. You agree that you are not engaging in a "work for hire" contract and that Base Jase and Illynoise Music is not engaged in a "work for hire" status concerning your purchases on rap production.com.
If you do not secure a recording of your purchased instrumental within 1 year of the purchase date, then all rights hereunto will revert back to the original owners.
By purchasing instrumentals on this site, you agree to all of the terms set forth in this agreement.
